Through lengthy experience, we build these potential interruptions into your schedule so as to lessen, if not remove, anxiety. If, on occasions, delays exceed our estimate, we alert you in good time to help you adjust to the changed schedule.


International customs regulations change consistently to meet complex national needs. RBWW tracks these changes daily, and matches them to your specific needs. We then coordinate all customs arrangements and costs, along with quarantine requirements on your behalf.

Insurance and claims record


In more than 20 years in business, clients have made minimal claims for loss or damage to property and possessions in a home relocation under our control.


We’re understandably proud of our record for meticulous attention to detail. It keeps stress to a minimum, and reduces insurance claims, keeping overall relocation costs down. In the rare event of a claim, your RBWW Account Manager will handle it immediately and personally.


Nonetheless, we always recommend you insure your possessions fully. Our referral to specialist removalists takes into account comprehensive insurance in the rare event of damage or loss.




All of your possessions are valuable and when you entrust them to our care, we treat them as our own.


However, some of your possessions are so priceless, even we recommend a different approach. Expensive antiques, pianos, billiard tables, valuable works of art, and fragile artefacts such as ceramics and mirrors, may need specialised packaging or crating, or even independent relocation.


Our interview and checklist protocols cover these areas, but if you have queries or concerns about particular items, please raise them with your project manager early.


We also recommend that smaller items of great value, particularly jewellery, go with you personally wherever practicable.


Car, boat and other vehicle transport


Many household moves involve some form of vehicle. Our project manager will listen to your needs and recommend the best solution for the secure relocation of your vehicle/s.
